At Community Connectors Foundation Ghana (CCF-Ghana), we believe that education is the gateway to opportunity. As part of our commitment to empowering youth and underserved communities, we have partnered with Apapam Salvation Army KG/Primary School in the Eastern Region of Ghana — a modest but vital learning center serving children in the Abuakwa South District.
This school, part of the Salvation Army’s broader educational network, delivers foundational learning to children in early childhood and primary levels, aligned with Ghana’s Standard-Based Curriculum. Like many rural schools, it faces significant challenges including limited infrastructure, inadequate learning materials, and constrained access to essential child support services.
We are working with determination — and with the little resources we currently have — to offer direct support to the school. However, the need far exceeds our current capacity, and we are therefore launching this fundraising campaign to mobilize broader support from individuals, institutions, and our diaspora community.

Schools like Apapam Salvation Army KG/Primary play a crucial role in transforming rural communities, yet they are often underfunded and overlooked. Investing in this school means:
Your support will not just build classrooms — it will build futures.
We invite you to become a partner in this mission of hope and transformation. Here’s how your support can make an impact:
Donation | Impact |
GHS 100 | Buys school supplies for 2 children |
GHS 300 | Supports 1 week’s feeding program for a class |
GHS 1,000 | Renovates a classroom or equips a KG room |
Custom Amount | Every cedi counts toward real change |
You can give one-time or become a monthly supporter.
Let’s work together to make Apapam Salvation Army KG/Primary School a model of what community-powered education can achieve.
Together, we can turn limited resources into limitless possibilities
