I acknowledge that volunteering with Community Connectors Foundation (Ghana) is a voluntary and unpaid engagement intended to support the organization’s mission of empowering youth and women through education, entrepreneurship, and community development.
By signing this declaration, I agree to the following:
1. Compliance with Policies and Procedures:
I will abide by all operational guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the organization, including those related to safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection, and nondiscrimination.
2. Code of Conduct:
I will uphold the highest standards of personal and professional integrity, respect, and responsibility in my interactions with beneficiaries, staff, fellow volunteers, and community members. I will avoid any behavior that could bring the organization into disrepute.
3. Confidentiality:
I understand that during my service I may have access to sensitive or personal information. I commit to maintaining strict confidentiality and will not disclose any confidential information without prior authorization.
4. Protection of Beneficiaries:
I agree to treat all beneficiaries with dignity and respect and will report any concerns related to abuse, exploitation, or misconduct to the appropriate organizational authorities.
5. Commitment to Inclusion and Equity:
I will support the Foundation’s commitment to inclusion, gender equality, and empowerment of marginalized groups, and I will not engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or bias.
6. Responsibility for Submitted Documentation:
I confirm that the identity document(s) submitted for verification are genuine and issued by an authorized body. I understand that this documentation will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purposes of volunteer vetting and record keeping.
7. Termination of Volunteer Service:
I understand that my volunteer service may be ended at any time by either party, with or without cause, and that any violation of the Foundation’s policies or code of conduct may lead to immediate dismissal from the program.
